Sleep has been great! I’m waking up an hour to an hour and a half before I normally do and I feel super rested! My heart is still opening, I’m feeling more receptive to many new things and experiences. I just feel like I have more energy throughout the day than I did before my “Charge Up” sessions! After the “Charge Up session”, I felt SUPER grateful when I woke up in the morning- did gratitude and breath work before I even got up, which isn’t a normal routine for me. My heart really opened up and felt lighter. Felt my heart so free and open, almost to the point of being in tears. The gratitude was pouring out of me. I also noticed that the second day after my session, I had a lot more sustained energy. It’s ebbed and flowed through the week, and I’ve noticed a small pick up in my energy since the session!  Feeling like I can drop into my heart energy even more/more easily.
